I like to look at this as follows:
The guy on the mics is president Bush. Ahh yup our lovely president. In his little screen are all his plans of... well it's an empty pitch-black screen, you get the idea. *giggles*
All the tv screens with question marks are innocent people, who do not have a clue of what-the-fuck hes talking about.
But the two people with exclamation marks realized when Bush said "My fellow Americans...." he meant, "My fellow pawns"
Hehe sorry.. I am kidding, some dumb joke I guess. I really hate this president.
but it has nothing to do with this piece it just reminded me.

I love my tv! Awesome work as always.
